Reviews and Ratings <br />
I had a mixed experience at this resort. While the villa was spacious, featuring a private onsen and offering a stunning ocean view, some unexpected issues left me disappointed. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the cleanliness of the villa was commendable, but communication regarding transportation and dining was lacking, which affected our overall experience.
Our stay at the onsen villa was quite disappointing overall. Despite being excited about our last night in Japan, we faced a number of logistical issues, including misinformation about transport to the airport. The dining experience was not what we expected, especially considering the price we paid. On a positive note, the villa was spacious and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
We had high hopes for this onsen villa, but unfortunately, our experience was marred by poor organization and inaccurate information. While the villa itself was luxurious, the dinner fell short of expectations, and we were disappointed with the misunderstanding regarding our transportation. The staff were incredibly friendly, which was a positive, but the overall experience didn't justify the high price tag.
My stay at the resort was filled with ups and downs. The villa was spacious and boasted a private onsen, but the organization when it came to dining and transportation fell short. The staff were incredibly friendly, which was a highlight, yet the confusion regarding meal reservations and transportation to the airport was quite frustrating. Overall, while it had its charm, I left feeling somewhat let down, especially for the price I paid.
